Dried Mushrooms - Boletus edulis
Store dried mushrooms dry at room temperature. Then they will last almost indefinitely.
Before use, soak dried mushrooms in water for about 30 minutes. They will then soak like a sponge and the aroma can develop. You can then use them to flavor sauces, such as scrambled eggs with bacon.
