Polarbröd is a family company founded 1879 from Älvsbyn in northern Sweden. The world-famous Tunnbröd is made at Polarbröd. Tunnbröd is a thin bread, hence the name made from wheat flour like other ingredients. Unfortunately, the Polarbröd factory burned down in summer 2020. Regardless of this, the company quickly resumed production.
